Casualty Class participant's manual (Class held 10/22/2011)

To access the new Learning Center (which is phenomenal, by the way!) log into JHNet, click on the Business Centers tab, and click on the Learning Center/Train Your Employees link near the bottom of the page. Check out the new Preparer Recognition Program, and explore the resource area, along with taking a look at the coursework presented.

A broadband connection (cable or DSL) is required to use these courses, and if you are having trouble viewing them, visit www.adobe.com and download the latest version of FlashPlayer. If you have trouble logging on, or have other questions, contact one of us and we'll help you the best we can!
