Step 1- log into Google using the email and password you selected. Then go to the Avon eRep Google Group. You should see this screen:

Note the "Beta" selection- this is what lets us upload and share files!! Click the "Groups Beta" selection.

Now you should see the screen just above- or very similar. The key part here is the "Files", which is where we can store our useful, shareable files. You can click either "FILES" option, and you will get this screen:

From here, you can either click a file name to open or download a file already here, or click the "+Upload File" button to add one (or more!) of your own! Below is a sample of an opened file.

As I post mine, I will try to identify what file type it is. Many of my files will be in Publisher, but I can convert to many other formats. Unfortunately, the nature of my job may restrict how often I can assist, so others who also have those capabilities- feel free!! These are here to share ideas of what we're all trying and how well it's working! I hope this helps!!
